This film boasts a surprisingly satisfying and strong conclusion to an otherwise mediocre approach. The former doesn’t entirely forgive the latter but it makes for an entertaining movie.
I think the acting for the most part was shit and that’s something I never fully excuse, even for a low budget horror. The story itself was uninteresting in its build up which I felt ruined the movie quite a bit. However, that fucking ending was legit. It really pulled the film together into a successful, albeit restrained project.
Outside of the ending there were a few scenes which I loved and thought were also well done on a technical level. That’s definitely going to bump up my rating on this one.
This would have worked much better as a short but it’s worth a watch, solid effort by whoever the fuck made this.
